"حملة وصول" تنبه إلى عدم إمكانية الوصول لمراكز الاقتراع للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في ليبيا

أعربت حملة وصول، وهي شبكة من 38 منظمة مجتمع مدني من جميع أنحاء ليبيا، عن قلقها بسبب عدم إمكانية الوصول إلى مراكز الاقتراع للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الانتخابات الوطنية المقبلة، وعدم إبداء المفوضية العليا للانتخابات اهتمامًا واضحًا بهذه المشكلة في استعداداتها.

وفقًا لتقرير قدمته "حملة وصول" إلى المفوضية العليا للانتخابات في نوفمبر 2021، فإن معظم اللجان الانتخابية في ليبيا غير مجهزة، وهناك صعوبات تمنع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من الوصول إلى صناديق الاقتراع، مما يؤدي إلى عدم مشاركتهم في أي حدث انتخابي.

تدعو حملة وصول المفوضية العليا للانتخابات إلى النظر في تقريرها حول إمكانية الوصول إلى مراكز الاقتراع، الذي سيساهم في تسهيل تصويت الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة إسوة بالآخرين، مؤكدة على ضرورة اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لضمان وصول الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة إلى صناديق الاقتراع. وإلا فسيتم استبعادهم وحرمانهم من التصويت في الاستحقاقات المقبلة، وهو حق أصيل من حقوقهم.
